Prescribed Listening Podcast

There's a lot of information out there about what's good for your body and what's not. Prescribed Listening is a podcast where we answer common medical questions and give you answers that you can trust from the experts at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Using evidence-based information, we look at questions like, is a daily glass of wine healthy, why can’t I sleep, and how many calories should I be eating?

Our podcast is for informational purposes only and should not be a replacement for talking to your doctor. While letting your doctor know you listened to a certain episode from Prescribed Listening can be helpful, you should always talk to a Physician for questions, diagnosis, or treatment for any health needs.
