Valet Services and Patient Transportation

Valet Services - Valet parking at UTMC is available for $3 and free for patrons with handicap permits.. Valet services are available from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the main entrance and the Orthopaedic Center.

The Dana Cancer Center has valet services from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Fridays.

We provide a complete Concierge Service, including greeting visitors/customers/patients, assisting them out of their vehicles into the building with a strong arm or wheelchair, giving direction, and parking cars.

Patient Transportation - Wheelchair services are available by contacting transport services at 419.383.5007. You will also find transport services available at the main hospital entrance and at the George Isaac Minimally Invasive Surgery Center.
