Puneet Sindhwani, MD, board-certified urologist, is medical director of the UT Physicians Male Sexual and Reproductive Health and Urology Center. For more than 15 years, Dr. Sindhwani has practiced urology at leading academic medical centers throughout the U.S. He was chief of male infertility and reproductive health at the University of Oklahoma for 12 years where he led specialized programs treating patients with male reproductive challenges and urology issues. 

In addition to private practice, Dr. Sindhwani is the Chairman and Kenneth Kropp Endowed Professor of Urology at The University of Toledo, College of Medicine and Health Sciences. He is a member of the Society of Male Reproduction and Urology and ASRM.

Andrology Laboratory Director

Tariq Shah, PhD, is director of the center’s andrology laboratory. After earning his doctoral degree, Dr. Shah completed his fellowship in in-vitro fertilization (IVF) at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a board-certified, high-complexity clinical laboratory director, as well as an embryology laboratory director. He also is certified by the American College of Embryology as an embryologist IV, its highest expert level.

For more than 30 years, Dr. Shah has helped thousands of infertile couples achieve their desire to have children.
