Outpatient Treatment
UToledo Health offers comprehensive outpatient treatment for children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, as well as behavioral and family concerns and developmental disorders including autism.
Our outpatient team conducts a comprehensive evaluation of each patient and makes individualized recommendations for treatment.
Services include individual, group and family therapy, medical management, play therapy, and providing parental guidance. We also can help connect families with community-based services and other service providers.
We offer both in-person and telehealth options.
All UToledo Health providers are fully licensed and certified in child and adolescent mental health. As part of an academic medical center dedicated to training the next generation of physicians, therapists and other care providers, patients may also see trainees during their care. All trainees are part of an accredited program and supervised by an appropriate clinical supervisor.
